40 years Opus Cuatro (repeat)
In 1968, four students formed the Argentinian University Choir, the men quartet ‘Opus Cuatro’. Nowadays, they are famous in whole South America. The voices of these Argentinian singers form a breathtaking unity. Musical perfection and harmony in a tango of Piazzolla, in addition to the compellingness of a Cuban nueva trova! Opus Cuatro gave more than 7000 concerts in 34 countries and is still active. In 2002, they received the Premio Carlos Gardel, the Argentinian Edison for the best tango CD.
Rig Mutschler manages a Dutch website with a lot of information about all the aspects of the Argentinian folklore and tango.
