We start with a cantata from Christoph Graupner. He wrote the cantate “Machet die Tore weit” for the first Sunday of the Advent in 1727.
Then, “Simphonies des Noëls” follows, from Michel Richard de Lalande, and we end this episode with a Christmas cantata from Christian Friedrich Ruppe.
